EB5UN declares to file a lawsuit against EB5AN in regards to EB5UN Project Lakefront Estates

EB5 United CEO, Scott Fuller issued a statement about filing a lawsuit against EB5AN. The EB5 United lawsuit declaration comes after the alleged false and misleading information advertised by EB5AN with respect to approval of EB5 United’s Rural I-956F Project Lakefront Estates.

EB5 UNITED and EB5AN are both organizations involved in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, which provides a pathway for foreign investors to obtain U.S. residency by investing in job-creating projects in the United States. EB5 UNITED is a grassroots organization that advocates for EB-5 program reform and represents the interests of EB-5 investors whereas EB5AN is an EB-5 regional center that sponsors EB-5 projects and helps investors navigate the EB-5 process, including project selection and immigration requirements.

EB5AN (EB5 affiliate network) circulated a document with false accusations against EB5 United Project- Rural Lakefront Estates Project. The lakefront Estates is an innovative community targeted for jewish buyers principally living in New Jersey and New Jersey that would like to avoid high taxes and costly living and importantly rising anti-Semitism.

This project is situated in Glades County, Florida and is amongst the first rural EB5 projects to get record breaking approval in 30. The information has damaged the reputation of his reputed company and the Lakefront project as claimed by Mr. Fuller and he is suing EB5AN in US Courts. The CEO requested partners and affiliated clients via a recorded video to reach out to his team for any help and wishes to continue to build integrity measures so that this does not happen again.
